Name/Title/Alias: Artemis de Seges (Pre-Machina), Artemis de Sapitiem, "Swordsman of the Burning Forest", "That Swordsman", "Machina Killer".

Races: Human / Tokoshie.

Appearance: Artemis has brown hair, blue eyes, and is of average height for someone his age. He is usually seen wearing light colored clothing and a conical straw hat that was given to him by his first master, Master Ikasu Young. He carries two swords with him at all times; an ebony Katana Sword named Kokutan, and an ivory Jian Sword named Zougeiro. The former is always slung over his right shoulder while the latter is attached to his right hip. On his right ring finger is the mark of a Tokoshie, a tattoo-like band designed after an Immortal's ring.

Attitude: Being a swordsman, Artemis is a very chivalrous person. However, he can be a little too relaxed at certain points, and has been known to have short bursts of frustration. While in combat he rarely shows any emotions at all, and puts all his focus into defeating his opponent unless one of his friends is in a dangerous situation. He has an excellent sense of humor, and feels like every living being deserves a second chance.

Notable Traits: Not only is Artemis an excellent swordsman, he is one of the Tokoshie, or a Child of an Immortal. Because of this, Artemis has a heightened level of Mental, Spiritual, and Physical strength which made him into a prodigy at Martial Arts.

Fighting Styles: Shasei Kenpo & Seidaku Haitou – Shasei Kenpo is one of the oldest, strongest, and most challenging fighting style on Debesis. It requires the user to be able to control and utilize the raw power of spirits. In the first stage of Shasei, the user learns to control one's own spirit; using it to increase their strength, protect themselves from harm, and prepare them for the more advanced stage in which they learn to manipulate Elemental Spirits around them. While not a full master at Shasei Kenpo, Artemis has learned to control multiple properties of each usable Element: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Shadow. As for Seidaku Haitou, Artemis is a full-fledged master seeing as he created the art. The sword style is made up of two different forms: Batsukata, or "Attacking Blade", and Fusegukata, the "Defending Blade". Although the art requires the user to have two swords, not all of the techniques utilize both blades at the same time.
